The re-development of the long established Tennis High Performance centre in Sheffield will enhance the already formidable reputation of the Win Tennis coaching team and provide a high performance destination in the North of England to complement the Bisham Abbey academy.

It is intended that the new complex will consist of:
• 7 outdoor clay courts
• 12 outdoor acrylic courts
• 9 indoor courts
• Badminton courts
• Squash courts
• Swimming pool complex
• Fitness suites
• Multi-purpose sports halls
• 2 FA turf soccer pitches
• All-weather soccer pitch
• 10 five-a-side pitches
• Cycle track
• 50 bedroom accommodation block

Win Tennis intend to develop these facilities into a World Class Tennis Centre of Excellence with onsite accommodation for players and tournament attendees and in addition improve and extend the existing facilities to include integrated health, leisure and multi sports facilities.

Phase one of this project is to build the new swimming pool complex with integrated fitness suite and multi purpose sports hall A 50 bedroom accommodation unit is scheduled to be constructed as part of this phase.

On completion the site will provide both community and private membership facilities and has ambitions to be the site of one of the countries first LTA International High Performance Centres.

It will be a tennis centre of excellence for the North of England. It will also be one of the largest DDA compliant facilities available to athletes with disabilities in the UK.
