Education Programme

Bisham Abbey

Welcome to Win Tennis Education. At Win Tennis, with a 100% GCSE passrate, and an 88% A-C pass rate over years 1 and 2, we are proving that it is possible to combine a high quality tennis programme with a serious academic programme of study, leading to the acquisition of 7 GCSE’s and 2 A levels alongside the LTA Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence qualification.

Our Education Programme is unique amongst British tennis academies. It is designed so that players can join us at Key Stage 2 (primary school age) and stay with us until A Level, or join us at any point in between. The qualifications gained may well make the difference in your child acquiring a place at an American College or British University some time in the future.

Our team of professional, experienced tutors will work for the benefit of your child in close partnership with you and the coaches. The education team will guide you through the minefield of private study and will handle all examination entries, making sure that your child is escorted to and from the examination centre on the days of the exams, just as if your child was in a school.

Our Head of Education, Education Consultant and Adminstrator are at the end of the telephone or email to answer your queries, concerns or anxieties, and will also monitor the quality of the programme, teaching and learning on a day-to-day basis.

Because players are fast-tracked through the education process (most courses last only half as long as in a main stream school) parents have a vital role to play in ensuring that your child stays on track.
