DEVELOPMENTAL PERFORMANCE COACH
Win @ WESTWAY is an LTA High Performance Centre with LTA Clubmark accreditation. The facility is set in London (W10) and boasts 8 indoor acrylic and 4 outdoor Canadian clay courts.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Developmental Performance Coach to assist in the development of our tennis programme. The ideal candidate should be experienced in teaching tennis to juniors in group and individual sessions from beginner through to performance level. The successful coach will be involved in the delivery of all aspects of the Win @ WESTWAY Developmental Performance programme working in the following areas: Schools, Mini Tennis Pay & Play, Mini Tennis Performance, Performance and Commercial.
Job Specification
- Good communication, organisational skills and high levels of personal professionalism.
- Commitment to working evenings and weekends.
- Willing to learn, develop and share knowledge within the Win Tennis coaching team.
- Motivated, punctual, reliable and self-disciplined.
- Commitment to the Win @ WESTWAY programme.
- Minimum DCA or equivalent coaching qualification.
- LTA Licensed & Public liability insured.
- Able to work to the highest standard with players of all ages and abilities.
Remuneration Package:
- In addition to freelance tennis programme work, there will be opportunities to carry out individual self employed work.
